Error on new install

Hi,

We have installed WBRM utility on one of our server, however when downloading license to the utility after entering CID and LID we are having "object reference not set to an instance of object". What could be the problem ?

Sorry to hear that you are having an error msg on the very first steps.
That should obviously not happen.

Please send the log file to support(AT)wbrm.net so that we can diagnose the problem.

The log file is found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Wbrm Utility\Logs

2008 R2
Is it a 32 bit or 64 bit OS?

Hi, I had the same problem on both Win 2008 and 2012 R2. It was solved by following the advice of your sticky post to un-select windows authentication in iis. Sorry I didn't spot the post before I posted here. Thanks, Paul C

OK,. great to hear that.
Have you tried it out? does it work OK for you? any questions?
Do let us know of any issues you encounter.
Future releases will prob not have this issue of the windows authentication - we are already modifying it via the installer.
