object reference not set to an instance of an object error

Hi,

I posted the following yesterday, but found the thread deleted. Here it is again. hope WBRM respond on this soon :


"We have installed WBRM utility on one of our server, however when downloading license to the utility after entering CID and LID we are having "object reference not set to an instance of object". What could be the problem ? We have restarted the tool but it did not made any difference.
